·       “Bespoke Programmes” means our 5-15 week programmes, which combine our modalities to assist you in specific areas such as stress relief, pregnancy or fulfilment. These are designed on a 1:1 basis tailored and explored according to your needs and goals.
·       “Bespoke Services” refer to private IDWellness services tailored to an individuals needs and goals.
·       “Class” or “Session” is any session provided by IDWellness offering one of our holistic modalities such as yoga.
·       “Contact Forms” are forms found on our website with the purpose of submitting an enquiry or making an interaction with IDWellness.
·       “Cookies” are small pieces of data that websites store on a device. Cookies can improve your visitors’ browsing experience because they help websites remember preferences and understand how people use different features.
·       “Corporate Wellness” means any services we offer to a company, business or group. This includes offering our IDWellness Membership as a corporate package, classes or workshops in person or online.
·       “Data” means facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis. This term is used in exchange with “Information” in this statement.
·       “Enquiry” means the act of requesting information, knowledge or use of our services.
·       “Enquiry Information” means the content of the enquiry (request).

·       “Social Media” means websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking. These include but are not limited to; Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
·       “Squarespace” means our website hosting and building company.
·       “Terms of Service” (also referred as "Terms" or “Terms of Use”) mean these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and IDWellness.
·       “Website” refers to [www.id-wellness.com], accessible from [www.issidaniella.com]. The Website is owned by IDWellness.
·       “Waitlist forms” are forms found on our website with the purpose of requesting to be contacted by IDWellness when we have availability to take on your request for our Services.
·       “You”, “Client”, “Customer”, “User” or “Visitor” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

By using any of the services IDWellness provides (a class, event, workshop, retreat, IDWellness Membership including our video library (recorded classes , programme, teacher training or any other service IDWellness provides, you acknowledge and agree with the privacy policy on this website.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, www.id-wellness.com/privacypolicy. Information you provide via our website
We collect various personal information regarding you or your device. This includes the following:
i.      Information you provide to create an IDWellness Membership Account (this includes but is not limited to Library Membership, Supportive Membership and Bespoke Membership); specifically email address, first name and last name and your payment information. We receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask you to select your jurisdiction. We use a payment processor called Stripe through our website. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with Stripe’s privacy policy.
ii.     Information when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, taste preferences, account settings, set preferences in Your Account, or otherwise provide information to us through our service or elsewhere.
iii.   Information you provide when signing up to our Mailing List; specifically email address, first name and last name.
iv.    Information you share with us in connection with surveys, contests or promotions.
v.     Information from your use of the Services or Users’ sites. Consultation forms, Registration forms and Pregnancy and Postnatal Registration forms; you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name, email address, phone number postal address, emergency contact first and last name, emergency contact phone number and email, your medical history including allergies and intolerances. The following information is requested by us; your goals and preferences, your budget, occupation, activity levels, however is not essential for the use of our services.
b. Contact Forms, you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name, email address and enquiry information.
c. Waitlist Forms,  you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name and email address.
d. Retreat booking forms, you provide us with the following information; your first name, last name, email address, phone number postal address, emergency contact first and last name, emergency contact phone number and email, your medical history including allergies, intolerances and skin conditions, accommodation preferences, transport choices and preferences.
vii.  Information you share provide us when booking and purchasing an IDWellness Service online such as a class, gifting service, bespoke service and any other IDWellness Service include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal address and your payment information. “Paid Services” means any service(s) paid for via our website.
If you sign up for Paid Services directly with us, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, our payment processor is Stripe. Stripe uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with their privacy policy, Stripe Privacy Policy.

For example, we may decide to advertise our class for Cyclists to you if we notice you open and click on many of our emails relating to Sports performance.

x.              Improving our Services. Analyse and learn about how the Services are accessed and used, evaluate and improve our Services (including by developing new products and services and managing our communications) and monitor and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We usually do this based on anonymous, pseudonymized or aggregated information which does not focus on you individually. For example, if we learn that most Users are active in the morning browsing our website or using our website services, we are may be more likely to introduce morning workout videos or a workout programme designed for the mornings.

iv.             Legitimate interests. We have a legitimate interest in using your personal information. In particular, we have a legitimate interest in the following cases; to operate the IDWellness and provide you with tailored advertising and communications to develop and promote IDWellness, to provide and improve our Services, including any personalized services - we do this as it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests of providing an innovative and tailored offering to our Users on a sustained basis, to comply with a court order or binding law enforcement request, to anonymize and subsequently use anonymized information.

IDWellness will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required.

If IDWellness is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released. All requests should be emailed.
